As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Duties - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Assist with customer pick ups and communicate with our field regarding order status - Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and invoicing, process payments - Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Assist with printing labels for orders going out - Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow Skills To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred Job Types:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
