seeks a dependable, hardworking dispatcher.
This full-time position will require you to perform a variety of activities including directing the technicians in the field, answering calls and text messages, and using dispatching and scheduling software.
An ideal candidate can work diligently to ensure that each job is completed in a timely manner, customer satisfaction with the work performed and that technicians are moved around in the field in an efficient manner.
You must be trustworthy and hardworking with great communication skills, as well as moderately familiar with standard office equipment and procedures.
Willing to train the right candidate.
Salary is DOE.

Responsibilities Guide technicians in the field Track inventory Enter work orders and create schedules in a software program Answer calls from customers Requirements High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Organization and Multi-tasking abilities Reliable transportation Familiar with central Maryland and the locations of towns/cities throughout Baltimore City and County, Harford County etc.
Intermediate computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office products, and general office equipment.
Good written and verbal communication skills Rotating after hours on call schedule Available for extended hours (overtime as needed) Customer Service and Dispatching experience are a bonus! Experience with Restoration, Carpet Cleaning etc.
