We are looking for self-motivated, capable, and attentive individuals to join our team of order pullers.
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
WE WILL PROVIDE TRAINING.
Tasks and Responsibilities Review pull slip to locate plant materials for customer orders.
Pull orders, correctly tag and label plant pots.
Load and unload plant racks.
Safely operate nursery equipment, including gator with trailer.
Stage plant racks for shipping and mark orders correctly.
Communicate (orally and written) with supervisors throughout the workday.
Skills and Competencies Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Ability to follow directions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy with pulling orders, tagging & labeling plant pots.
Requirements Candidate must be able to bend, pull, lift and push a minimum of 50 lbs.
consistently throughout the course of a work day.
Work safely in all weather conditions and must be prepared for such conditions daily.
Reliably transportation required.
